Hi, welcome to my How to Get 6 Pack Abs blog.

This blog is my personal blog about my journey to get a set of washboard abs. I promised myself that if I – a guy who thought he could never achieve this goal – can get a six pack, I’ll make a point to helping other people out.

Now, like pretty much every single guy out there, I’ve always wanted that perfect six pack. We’ve all been bombarded with those images of guys with chiseled stomachs. We’ve all seen “that” guy at the beach who pulls off his shirt to a crowd of gawking and cooing girls.

It’s hard not to feel intimidated when you don’t have those sorts of goods. I sure as heck didn’t have those. As a 31 year old male with a pudgy stomach, I certainly didn’t have crowds of women gawking at my abs. If anything they would turn away and laugh.

So I set out on a quest five years ago to get a six pack that would make women swoon. Yes, I’m sorry I can’t say that I started this journey out a desire that make the world a better place or to feed starving children in Africa. I started this journey because I was tired of being an average, overweight guy who couldn’t attract beautiful females.

There, the truth is out. I’m a selfish guy who desires the adoration of beautiful women. Move along to another blog with a more altruistic fellow how offers free six pack advice. For those who don’t care, let’s move on.

I tried all the easy solutions for years, but I never had any sort of luck. Diet pills, weight loss powders, gimmicky gadgets that promise you miracle weight loss and muscle building. All crap – complete crap.

I even tried going to the gym and making some halfhearted attempts at weight lifting diets to no avail. I could not get a six pack no matter what I tried.

It was only about a year ago that I found a real solution. I started a new six pack program that should me a new BS way to build muscle and get washboard abs. I came to understand that I was approaching the whole building-a-six-pack thing in completely the wrong manner.

I was trying to find an easy way to get a six pack abs. But in fact there is no quick way to get a six pack. Oh, there are strategies that will shave time off and whatnot – as I’ve found – but there are no get a six pack in a week solutions. Over the course of 6 months of dedicated effort – and following this new program – I was able to get my dream body and a perfect set of abs (see my picture).

I can tell you straight out that if you are willing to work and are dedicated, you CAN get a six pack. If an average guy like me who has failed at pretty much everything he’s tried in life is able to achieve a dream like this, you can to.
